Vliv konstrukce pilového kotouče na proces dělení aglomerovaných materiálů konstantní podávací silou
Poukar, Martin
This thesis focuses on the influence of the number of teeth on a saw blade on the cutting process of wood chipboard and wood fiberboard. It investigates how the number of teeth affects different parameters such as cutting force and specific cutting resistance. The experiment was conducted using four similar blades with varying numbers of teeth under constant feed force. The conclusions show that the cutting force per tooth linearly increases with decreasing number of teeth on the blade, and the specific cutting resistance exponentially decreases with decreasing number of teeth. These results are consistent with the literature assumptions. To select a suitable saw blade, it is necessary to consider multiple factors.
Energetické parametry obrábění kompresně plastifikovaného a chemicky modifikovaného buku
Růžička, Dominik
This thesis is concerned with machinability and energy variables of compression- plasticized beech Bendywood?, chemically modified beech Belmadur? and chemically plasticized and compressed beech Lignamon? when cutting the saw and cut to define the appropriate model and its parameters. Calculated values of cutting resistance are compared with the values of natural beech and beech modified experimentally determined on a test rig to simulate cutting circular saw.
Stanovení optimálních řezných podmínek na základě vizulizace řezných odporů
Čupa, Jan
The thesis named Determination of optimum cutting conditions based on the visualization of cutting resistances is focused on the determination of optimum cutting conditions by the method of non-destructive testing - acoustic emission. Thesis specifically deals with the detection of cutting tool wear during continuous observation of machining process. The theoretical part of thesis starts with the theory of machining and wear mechanisms of cutting tools. Considerable attention has been paid to compilation from cutting force measurement. Final chapter of this part describes method of acoustic emission. Practical part of the thesis describes preparation and methodics of the experimental measurement. Next there is described measurement process with sharp and worn cutting tool. End of the thesis evaluates measurement results and also suggests practical application of the obtained knowledge.
Vliv nástroje na řezné odpory při CNC frézování
Nesázal, Petr
The master thesis is focused on measuring of cutting forces and milling on the CNC machine SCM Tech 99 L when MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) is used as the machined material. The dynamometer Kistler 9257 B and DynoWare software is used for the measurement of forces and data analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis relates to the characteristics of the CNC machine, tools, tool angles and the methods of cutting resistance. The experimental part provides the description of the experiment itself as well as the changes of cutting conditions during the experimental process when using certain tools. Moreover, it explains the procedure of data processing and shows its final results. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates the data of cutting forces and cutting resistance. These data are further compared based on the technology and the parameters.
Konvenční a nové přístupy při výpočtech řezných odporů rostlého dřeva
Láník, Milan
This thesis describes the theory of cutting with a focus on cutting circular saws. The continuity of theoretical calculation methods is described and analyzed in the thesis. The thesis compares and evaluates the differences between theoretically calculated cutting resistances according to standard and new approaches with the experiments. The experiment was conducted on the test device for research of cutting with saw blades.
Nástroje pro frézování materiálů na bázi dřeva na CNC obráběcích centrech
Nesázal, Petr
The bachelor thesis is focused on milling on the CNC machine. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical overview regarding the topic. It provides the description of the CNC machine parts, the characteristics of mills and the milling technology. The following part focuses on cutting conditions during the experimental process and the procedure of data processing is also described in this part. At the end of the thesis cutting resistance data of the machined MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) sample are evaluated. These data were recorded by the Kistler dynamometer and further used to ascertain the resultant force.
